Nikita Phadnavis grew up in India in a large and loving family whose unconditional love and support have shaped her entire life and philosophy. Her grandfather was in the parliament, and she learnt a great deal about communication and negotiation from him. She left India as a young exchange student and quickly realised how much she could learn from people from different backgrounds and cultures. Her love for learning and travelling propelled her to study psychology, emotional intelligence, neuro-linguistic programming, communication and presentation skills to work with people worldwide. Nikita has worked in eight countries, government and UN-backed projects, and private organisations and charities alike. She has travelled to about 60 countries and discovered how people are so different yet similar.
Currently based out of London, Nikita works as a corporate trainer for emotional intelligence and communication and negotiation skills. She has a unique way of connecting with people through stories and has won several awards and accolades for her teaching and mentoring skills. In addition, she has been featured on several international platforms as a coach and a speaker. She firmly believes that how we manage our emotions, communications and relations determine our overall success, happiness and well-being – a secret to unlocking our superpower!
